DevOps Engineer Responsibilities

  • Apply cloud (AWS in the most part) computing skills to deploy upgrades and fixes and new infrastructure solutions.

Customer Success Manager (US)

The primary responsibility of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to deliver massive value for Voxpopme (VPM) customers. On a daily basis, the CSM is the point of accountability for subscription customers all the way from onboarding to technical support, through product & service adoption and renewal. 
The CSM will serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, development of 90-day plans for success, training on the VPM platform & services, building and sharing supporting documentation, conducting launch guidance, and serve as support.
The Customer Success Manager works to understand customer outcomes by analyzing customer health metrics, running NPS, gathering feedback from Salesforce and Pendo, and conducting periodic touchpoints.
The CSM represents the voice of the customer and works to provide input throughout the organization to influence the VPM product, services, marketing, and sales processes. All for the betterment of the customer. The CSM also works closely with the commercial owners when supporting renewals, expansion, and promoting professional services.
What You’ll Do…
  • Onboarding 
  • Work with sales and customer contact to create a 90-day plan that addresses the customer’s objectives for Voxpopme
  • Establish & monitor performance benchmarks for measuring performance against the 90-day plan
  • Work with new Voxpopme customers to provide onboarding, integration, education, and documentation to drive long term customer success & value with Voxpopme
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to provide launch guidance for customers to assure the best possible first experience
  • Gather customer sentiment post 90 days onboarding period, reflecting on the experience with the product, service, and support. Then collaborate with respective departments 
  • Support
  • Work with the appropriate parties to produce internal best practices, supporting documents, and customer user stories to strengthen the implementation process 
  • Assure closure on technical support issues; working with appropriate parties from Project Management, development, product, and technical support team to find the appropriate resolution
  • Solutioning
  • Recommend new use cases and best practices for use of Voxpopme based on our understanding of customer’s business
  • Inform customer contacts of new product and feature releases that may enhance their experience w/ product and services 
  • Remain up to date on Voxpopme’s product features and developed use cases to drive customers to best practice standards
  • Risk Management
  • Constantly monitor customer health metrics including pace, usage of feature set, and NPS to assess health and then create appropriate response plans for customers in need of action
  • Establish a cadence for customer touchpoints (QBR’s), assessing progress and engagement, then managing resolution on impeders that affect customer experience and engagement
  • Drive adoption of VPM’s product features with a focus on features that create those Ah-ha! moments

Revenue Operations Manager (US)

Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for: 
  • CRM process optimization and enablement
  • Measurement and monthly/quarterly reporting of revenue operational KPIs
  • Work with our CRO to ensure our systems, processes, and technologies support our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing needs and increase their productivity

Director of Inside Sales (US)

The Director of Inside Sales provides overall leadership and direction to the inside sales organization. The Director of Inside Sales will work with the CRO to develop the overall strategy and steward the execution plans to proactively seek out and sell new opportunities. A successful candidate will be focused on winning, accountable for their goals and known for successful sales strategy, operational efficiency, strong leadership, and a positive attitude.
What will your day to day look like? 
  • Aligns the inside sales organization’s objectives with the Global Sales growth strategy through active participation in sales strategy development, forecasting, and sales resource planning.

Pilot Program Success Manager (US)

The primary responsibility of the Pilot Program Success Manager is to effectively plan, manage the day to day communication, and key milestones of the pilot stage. This role works closely with sales, project management, and product to assure customers maximize their time under pilot by successfully conducting and sharing research done through Voxpopme. 
The Pilot Program Success Manager is a facilitator, they know the capabilities of the platform, best practices for maximizing results, and are capable of guiding new users to the best possible outcomes. The pilot period is a trial, so the best possible outcome for a Pilot Support Manager is having a pilot customer commit to a long term subscription. 
What You’ll Do…
  • Pre-pilot
  • Works with sales to organize, schedule, and facilitate pilot kick-off to formalize a framework for the pilot period
  • Works with the sales and customer to establish and document clear pilot objectives that provide a working blueprint for supporting over 60 day period
  • Works with the sales and customer to create project roadmap for pilot
  • Works with customer to identify key contributors and gets them added and trained (best practices, initiating projects, using VPM)
  • Creates and shares a pilot briefing document which summarizes the pilot plan and customer landscape

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for new projects being initiated. Then works with customers to assure all the right information is in hand and best practices are being applied before initiating the project with the PM team

Financial Planning & Analysis – Salt Lake City, UT

Voxpopme is looking for a finance professional who will support the Company’s FP&A efforts to manage financial data across multiple systems, produce month-end reporting and variance analysis, and manage the Company’s forecast model.  The Financial Analyst (FA) will work directly with the CFO and other executive management and will have a front-row seat to learn best practice investor relations, venture capital fund-raising, SAAS Metrics, business problem solving and strategy creation.  The role requires a high-energy, fast-paced, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once with the highest degree of accountability and accuracy.  If this sounds like you – let’s talk!
Job Duties: 
  • Monthly Reporting – Work with accounting to facilitate monthly financial close process and publish monthly financial packages for senior management, Board of Directors and Investors.  
  • Own the Model – Manage and maintain a dynamic financial model of the Company’s operations and forecasts.  Update the model monthly with actual results from closed financial statements.  Analyze trends and variances, use data to back-test assumptions, suggest changes to forward-looking assumptions.  Always be looking for ways to improve the form, function, and accuracy of the model.
  • Business intelligence  – Manage the transfer of financial data from Company financial platforms to business intelligence platforms.  Engage with senior management to develop an optimal business intelligence strategy to align departments and inform management with real-time operational feedback.  Play a key role in the implementation of that strategy.
  • Business Strategy & Financial Analysis – Review model monthly to modify assumptions and identify areas for improvement.  Research best practices and benchmark Company performance against them.  Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and identify solutions to business challenges.

Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance. MBA preferred.
  • Experience in Investment Banking or Management Consulting preferred.
  • Excel (Google Sheets) Wizard. Demonstrable experience building and owning a complex company financial model that forecasts income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance is essential.  Fluent comfort with income statements, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows.  CPA would be great, but not required.
  • Statistical analysis expertise and scientific, data-driven problem-solving experience or training.
  • Minimum 3 years of business experience in data management, financial analysis, and modeling.
  • Experience with financial data retrieval, financial modeling, and knowledge of banking processes.

Financial Controller – Salt Lake City, UT

Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for the financial reporting, operations, and controls of a rapidly growing international SAAS (Software-as-a-Service) company.  The Controller will supervise the current accounting team which consists of two accountants based in the UK and Australia, and be responsible for growing the team in the US and internationally as Company needs dictate.  The Controller will be a leader in the Company’s rapidly growing Salt Lake City office and help to shape and drive the culture of the organization. 
Job Duties: 
  • Financial Operations – Own the strategy, process, and execution of the company’s financial operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and all Journal Entries in the company’s accounting system – Xero.  
  • Publish Financials  – Manage the process of monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings of the Company’s financial accounts.  Consolidate three international entities into consolidated financial statements.  Study the operational closing process and implement operational changes to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the process.  
  • Financial Controls – Establish best practice financial controls to ensure strong governance around all financial matters of the Company including banking & treasury operations, financial reporting, and payables.  Continually research and stay up to date on best practices and bring them into the Company on appropriate timelines.  
  • Financial Reviews & Audits – Engage and manage third party accountants to provide Review or Audits of the Company’s financial statements.  Be the primary company executive to work with such third parties to execute Reviews and Audits on a timely basis.  
  • Taxes & Regulatory Compliance  – Lead the Company’s efforts to understand all applicable tax jurisdictions and file appropriate Company tax returns.  Source and work with experienced third party tax and regulatory advisors as appropriate to ensure Company compliance with all relevant tax and regulatory filing requirements. Understand and work with all third party regulatory bodies and lead the Company’s compliance efforts therewith. 
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis – Review published financial reports and provide insight into changes and variations from plan.  Prepare Management and Board reporting packages with variance reporting from budget results.  Manage the transfer of financial data from Company financial platforms to business intelligence platforms.  Engage with senior management to develop an optimal business intelligence strategy to align departments and inform management with real-time operational feedback.

Professional Qualifications
  • CPA with at least 10 years of experience as an accountant or finance professional at a professional accounting firm or operating company.
  • Financial accounting leader with at least three years of experience as a Financial Controller running the financial operations of a private operating company with international operations. Venture-backed technology company experience is preferred.
  • Experience developing and enforcing appropriate financial controls and corporate governance policies.
  • Proven track record of developing successful teams and delivering consistent and accurate monthly financial close operations and financial reporting packages.
  • Referenceable experience leading company financial audits with third party accountants and company tax filings with regulatory bodies.  Knowledge of UK tax structures (VAT/PAYE, etc…) is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience building and owning a complex company financial model that forecasts income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Thorough understanding and practical experience with GAAP financial standards (FASB and IASB).  Previous work with high growth, SaaS software company with understanding of SaaS revenue accounting rules ASC 606 and IFRS 15 preferred.

Pilot Program Success Manager – Birmingham, UK

The primary responsibility of the Pilot Program Success Manager is to effectively plan, manage the day to day communication, and key milestones of the pilot stage. This role works closely with sales, project management, and product to assure customers maximize their time under pilot by successfully conducting and sharing research done through Voxpopme. 
The Pilot Program Success Manager is a facilitator, they know the capabilities of the platform, best practices for maximizing results, and are capable of guiding new users to the best possible outcomes. The pilot period is a trial, so the best possible outcome for a Pilot Support Manager is having a pilot customer commit to a long term subscription. 
What You’ll Do…
  • Pre-pilot
  • Works with sales to organize, schedule, and facilitate pilot kick-off to formalize a framework for the pilot period
  • Works with the sales and customer to establish and document clear pilot objectives that provide a working blueprint for supporting over 60 day period
  • Works with the sales and customer to create project roadmap for pilot
  • Works with customer to identify key contributors and gets them added and trained (best practices, initiating projects, using VPM)
  • Creates and shares a pilot briefing document which summarizes the pilot plan and customer landscape 
  • Pilot support
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for new projects being initiated. Then works with customers to assure all the right information is in hand and best practices are being applied before initiating the project with the PM team
  • Conducts platform training sessions with the client contacts as needed; leveraging Pendo data to identify training opportunities
  • Assures closure on technical support issues; working with appropriate parties from project management, product, and technical support team to find the appropriate resolution
  • Schedules and facilitates mid-pilot review aimed to assess progress towards goals and experience with the product 
  • Keeps track of all pilot activity by tracking projects and video volume directly in Salesforce

  • Works with sales to re-cap pilot period highlighting key metrics and benchmarks that support objectives established pre-pilot
  • Encourages customer participation in our post-pilot NPS survey
  • Prepares documentation that can be used to assure a smooth and effective hand-off to Customer Success in the event a subscription is signed

Project Manager – Salt Lake City, UT

The Jr. Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery and management of all supported services. Duties include project scoping, survey scripting, video capture, field management, vendor management, and reporting. This role works directly with our customers to assure their experiences with video through the Voxpopme platform meets expectation by making it quick and easy to access the voice of the customer.
This role requires an individual who is organized, practices good time management, is an effective communicator, can work under time pressures and is resourceful. This position will be working with a collaborative team composed of other Project Managers at our Salt Lake City office.
 

Duties​ ​and​ ​Responsibilities
  • Maintains full project ownership in delivering low to moderately complex custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 24 hours to two weeks
  • Manages customer expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing environment
  • Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our customers, providing them guidance and direction on the Voxpopme platform
  • Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges promptly
  • Effectively communicates both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team

Senior Front End Engineer – Birmingham, UK

We are looking for a front end developer, preferably with AngularJS experience to be responsible for the client side of our service. Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of our web application, with a focus on performance and quality. Your main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app. The artistic design will be delivered to you, but we will ask for your help in regard to animations, CSS, and final HTML output. You will work in a team with back-end developers to communicate with the API using standard methods, develops for integration with a full CI/CD process and with the direction from the CTO.

What will your day to day look like? 
  • Delivering a complete front end application 
  • Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop 
  • Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 
  • Working within the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself 
  • Cooperating with the back-end developers in the process of building the RESTful API
